KishWrites provides professional writing services (copywriting, content writing, ghostwriting, creative writing) and digital self-mastery products.

2. Payments

• Payments are due as outlined in invoices or service agreements.

• We may require deposits before beginning work.

• Digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate project details, deadlines, and necessary materials.

• KishWrites is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete client information.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client Projects: Upon receipt of full payment, KishWrites transfers all rights, title, and interest in the final written deliverables to the client. After transfer, the client holds full legal ownership and may use, modify, or redistribute the work without restriction. Until full payment is received, KishWrites retains ownership of all work produced.

• Digital Products: All templates, guides, and digital products sold by KishWrites remain the intellectual property of KishWrites. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent from KishWrites.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive for quality, but KishWrites is not liable for business outcomes, lost revenue, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Service refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on project stage and agreements.

• Digital products are non-refundable unless defective or inaccessible.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
